White-space maintenance cleaning
A recurring program for live data halls. Weekly to quarterly, scheduled around your change windows.

Subfloor (raised-floor plenum) cleaning
Controlled tile lifts, a few at a time, to clean the slab, pedestals and stringers beneath a raised floor.

Vendor escort & maintenance coordination
An attentive escort for third-party vendors, and help coordinating maintenance visits under your MOP, access and housekeeping rules.
