Particle-count verification, reported against ISO 14644-1
A clean you can see is not the same as a clean you can measure. Airborne particle counts before and after cleaning, measured against ISO 14644-1 room classes and included in your written report.
Spec sheet
- What it covers
- A sampling plan by location, agreed in advance
- Counts at 0.3, 0.5 and 5.0 µm
- Before-and-after counts with any PMCS-managed clean, or a standalone baseline
- Instrument
- Counts are taken with a calibrated particle counter. The instrument and its calibration date are recorded on every report.
- What you receive
- A written report with counts by location, comparison to ISO 14644-1 class limits (Class 8 as the usual white-space reference), photo log, risk-ranked findings, and the instrument and calibration date.
- Important
- ISO 14644-1 classifies a room’s airborne cleanliness. The report records what was measured on the day; it does not certify the room or the vendor.
How every engagement runs
- STEP 01
Walk-through
We walk the space with your facilities lead and agree what’s in scope: rooms, floor type, access windows, escort and MOP requirements.
- STEP 02
Method statement
Before anyone enters the room you receive a written method statement: sequence, areas, materials, tile-lift plan, and stop-work rules. Nothing starts until you approve it.
- STEP 03
Clean
Hearth & Hall works top-down and to the plan. No blowers or compressed air. Damp, never wet, and no wax or finish on raised-floor tiles. Tile lifts are limited to a few adjacent tiles at a time.
- STEP 04
Count & report
PMCS takes airborne particle counts and issues a written report.
