Post-construction and pre-commissioning cleaning
Construction dust, packaging and debris migrate into airflow paths and settle on new equipment. We clean in phases alongside the build, toward a white-space-ready turnover clean, with particle counts to document the result when verification is included.
Spec sheet
- What it covers
- Phased cleans: initial (rough), progress, final, then a white-space-ready turnover clean
- Overheads, cable trays and containment
- Rack and cabinet exteriors
- Top-of-floor and subfloor (raised floor or slab)
- Post-installation cleans after cabinet, cabling or equipment installs
- How it runs
- Sequenced to the GC’s schedule and site rules. The method statement is approved before mobilization; work areas, tile lifts and stop-work rules are defined in writing.
- What you receive
- A written method statement, a completion record per phase, and (with verification) before-and-after particle counts reported against ISO 14644-1 classes.
- Scope note
- Not offered: zinc-whisker remediation or slab sealing. We’ll point you to a specialist.
How every engagement runs
- STEP 01
Walk-through
We walk the space with your facilities lead and agree what’s in scope: rooms, floor type, access windows, escort and MOP requirements.
- STEP 02
Method statement
Before anyone enters the room you receive a written method statement: sequence, areas, materials, tile-lift plan, and stop-work rules. Nothing starts until you approve it.
- STEP 03
Clean
Hearth & Hall works top-down and to the plan. No blowers or compressed air. Damp, never wet, and no wax or finish on raised-floor tiles. Tile lifts are limited to a few adjacent tiles at a time.
- STEP 04
Count & report
PMCS takes airborne particle counts and issues a written report.
